I am proud to highlight some ways in which Web3 Enabler, Stellar and Salesforce redefine diversity and inclusion.
The Importance of Empowering Women in Web3
International Women’s Day is one of many great opportunities to gather as female founders and builders to learn and grow together.
That is why my colleague, Gauthier Lamothe, and I hosted a Web3 Enabler Real World Blockchain podcast episode about empowering women in web3.
A Quick Recap of Redefine Possible: Stellar x IWD
I had the International Women’s Day event at the Mastercard New York City office on Thursday, Apr 17. During the event, I got to hear from some amazing speakers, who were fellow web3 entrepreneurs, investors and technologists. Daphne Charles, Senior Software Engineer at Salesforce, gave the opening speech.

Then, Gemma Dobbs, Ecosystem Growth Lead, presented, sharing information, such as the following, about the Stellar Community Fund (SDF).
- How the SDF empower Web3 founders build to things not previously possible, providing resources from the prototyping phase through connections with accelerator programs
- The unique ways in which the Stellar community grows alongside builders to drive traction and adoption of the Stellar blockchain network
- The extensive support the Stellar developer community offers on Discord

Stellar and Salesforce Redefine Diversity
Web3 Enabler is a Salesforce Independent Software Vendor (ISV) Partner bringing Blockchain Payments to the Salesforce AppExchange. I am thrilled that Salesforce was among the partners for the event.
We look forward to bringing the benefits of the Stellar blockchain network empower business users to simply, safely manage XLM transactions in a SaaS platform that is familiar to their organizations. By doing so, we get the pleasure of driving scalable, enterprise adoption of XLM payments and Stellar.
