We at Web3 Enabler are thrilled to share our Salesforce programmable wallets on Dorahacks.
Dorahacks and Community-Powered Voting
DoraHacks has cultivated a truly innovative hackathon ecosystem by blending on-chain quadratic funding (QF) with MACI (Minimal Anti-Collusion Infrastructure) voting, promoting fairness, participation, and community trust.
At the core of DoraHacks’ ecosystem is quadratic funding—a voting model where the cost of casting N votes isn’t linear but quadratic. That is, voting costs sum to 1 + 2 + … + N units of the native token (e.g., ONE, BNB, ATOM), meaning multiple votes become increasingly expensive. This mechanism encourages broader support over large singular contributions and enables voters to express nuanced preferences while directly funding projects .
To further enhance integrity, DoraHacks integrates MACI voting, a privacy-preserving, anti-Sybil system originally proposed by Vitalik Buterin. In MACI, votes are encrypted and later tallied by an operator, who publishes results along with a zero-knowledge proof—ensuring accurate, anonymous tallying and thwarting collusion or vote manipulation. For instance, during the Taiko × DoraHacks Grant Factory Hackathon, MACI enabled one of the largest anonymous on-chain votes, with over 920,000 whitelisted participants engaged while preserving voter anonymity.
Through these mechanisms, DoraHacks pioneers democratic, transparent, and scalable governance for blockchain hackathons. Projects are selected and funded directly by community sentiment, while anti-collusion safeguards and token-backed voting ensure robust, equitable outcomes.
Web3 Enabler’s guide, “Securing Blockchain Integration Grants for Your Business”, explains how to leverage grants. Dorahacks hackathons bring the next layer of growth by connecting innovators with technical and funding resources.
Salesforce Programmable Wallets on Dorahacks
Participating in the Dorahacks ecosystem will be a great opportunity to highlight and build upon our partnership with Circle.
In May 2024, Web3 Enabler, a leader in Salesforce-native blockchain payment solutions, was accepted as an inaugural member of the Circle Alliance Program, which unites top fintech and blockchain innovators to advance stablecoin-based digital finance . This affiliation enables Web3 Enabler to tap into Circle’s technical ecosystem—gaining access to solution engineers, advanced pre-release software, and collaborative opportunities to enhance its Blockchain Payments platform for enterprise clients .
As an inaugural member, Web3 Enabler was specifically vetted by Circle for its proven expertise and reliability in deploying USDC payment solutions—signaling its ability to deliver secure, compliant, enterprise-grade integrations within Salesforce .
Through membership, Web3 Enabler now benefits from:
- Direct technical collaboration with Circle’s teams across product, engineering, policy, and developer domains;
- Access to industry insights, scalable infrastructure, and shared innovation strategies;
- Exposure through Circle’s global Alliance Directory, expanding visibility and reputational reach;
- Invitations to members-only events, webinars, and networking forums, fostering dialogue with other Web3 innovators .
This strategic alliance has already borne fruit. In July 2025, Web3 Enabler highlighted its development of Circle Programmable Wallets within Salesforce—funded by a Circle Developer Grant. This integration enables enterprises to create and manage digital wallets and wallet sets securely, entirely within Salesforce workflows—supporting functions like automated provisioning, user permissions, policy rules, and MPC-backed security .
In sum, joining the Circle Alliance Program has empowered Web3 Enabler to accelerate innovation, deepen its technical capabilities, and reinforce its positioning as a trusted partner integrating stablecoin finance into enterprise systems.
Our first grant-funded Circle development was Circle Wallets (FKA Programmable Wallets) for Salesforce.
The Salesforce programmable Wallets app allows users to set up a Circle Developer Account and create Wallets for their company.
Web3 Enabler’s Long-term Circle Developer Roadmap
Our future plans for integrating Circle tech includes adding the following functionality for our users.
- Get Wallet Address for Clients/Vendors
- Send/Receive Transactions using Programmable Wallets
- Gas Station + CCTP Integration to allow users to move USDC around their wallets
- Programmable Vendor/Client Wallets
- On-ramps and Off-ramps using Circle technology
