Blockchain payments makes settling an order and opportunity easy with salescloud support. Just create a web 3 payment request from the order or opportunity choosing the authorized wallets to receive payments.
Your Salesforce administrator can easily automate this with your company policies. Most popular choices will be EVM, Tron, and Salana options.
Send the payment URL to your customer generally via Salesforce automation. The client clicks on the link to make their payment. The client chooses an asset and network that matches the wallets you authorized in the web 3 payment request.
They can copy the address for a computer-based wallet or scan the QR code for a mobile wallet. The client makes a payment from their wallet in this case a browser-based Coinbase wallet but the process is compatible with any web 3 wallet that supports the network and token combination they selected.
The inbound transaction is visible in Salesforce and the web 3 payment request is marked paid. This can automatically mark your order as paid or opportunity as closed one.
